WPO awarded landmark asset management mandate for the UK’s largest co-located solar and BESS project 

WPO is proud to announce a contract with Quinbrook to deliver technical and commercial asset management services for Cleve Hill Solar Park and its associated battery energy storage system (BESS) located in Kent, UK. 

Cleve Hill is now fully operational with a total capacity of 373 MWp, which is more than four times the size of the next largest operational UK solar project and will be complemented with a 300 MWh battery storage facility. Together, these assets will provide clean, reliable energy to thousands of homes and businesses, supporting the UK’s net-zero ambitions and enhancing grid stability through advanced storage solutions.
