WPO, formerly Wind Prospect Operations, launched its new brand today in celebration of its increasingly successful operations and independence.
“Our new look reflects our values and mission and is a continuation of the journey we have taken since we became independent in 2015,” explains WPO CEO Barthélémy Rouer. “We want to reveal more clearly what we do and who we are. Our words, colours and imagery all point towards our core operations: We are ‘in the business of positive energy’.”
WPO provides asset management and specialist services for over 3 Gigawatts of operational wind and solar energy power plants, in nine European countries. They are the leading independent third-party provider in France, UK, Ireland and Sweden.
“Our rebrand reflects our core values and objectives as well as our enduring mission: to offer world-class services that lower the cost of energy though maximising site production and optimising resources by remaining safe, reliable and fit-for-purpose,” explains WPO Managing Director Duncan Levie.
Since separating from the Wind Prospect Group in 2015, WPO has gone from strength to strength: “Our growing market presence means we now operate utility-size across nine European countries with over 70 employees operating from 27 offices and service points. Our rebrand marks an exciting time for WPO as we continue to flourish and move ever-closer to our ultimate ambition of being the number one choice for asset management and related specialist services in Europe,” concludes Rouer.
